水蒸气对GH3600合金高温氧化行为的影响

    Effects of Water Vapor on High Temperature Oxidation Behavior of GH3600 Alloy

    • 摘要: 研究水蒸气对GH3600合金高温氧化行为的影响。采用热重分析仪完成合金在900℃不同水蒸气含量空气中24 h的高温氧化试验。对氧化试样的氧化膜表面形貌、横截面微观结构及元素分布进行了分析。结果表明:在所有试验条件下形成的氧化膜均由外层的NiO和内层的Cr2O3组成。在氧化环境中加入水蒸气可明显改变氧化过程的动力学和氧化层结构。

       

      Abstract: The influence of water vapor on the oxidation behavior of GH3600 alloy was studied.The oxidation of the alloy was conducted at 900 ℃in air with different humidity for 24 h by thermal gravimetric analysis system.The oxide surface morphology, cross-section microstructure and chemical composition of the oxide scale were studied after oxidation.The results show that the oxide scales forming under all test conditions are composed of an outer NiO layer and an inner Cr2O3 layer.With the introduction of water vapor, the oxidation kinetics and oxide layer structural change significantly.
