Abstract: The blade precision casting is the application of investment casting technology in blade manufacturing. The precision casting process of turbojet compressor blade was studied. The three-dimensional model was established by SolidWorks software, the filling and solidification of compressor blade was numerically simulated, and a set of appropriate casting process was summarized.
