均匀化处理对汽车活塞用Al-20Si合金组织及耐磨性的影响

    Effects of Homogenization Treatment on Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Al-20Si Alloy for Automobile Piston

    • 摘要: 对挤压铸造Al-20Si合金进行了530℃不同时间的均匀化处理。采用显微组织观察、摩擦磨损试验研究了不同时间均匀化处理对Al-20Si合金组织与耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:铸态Al-20Si合金组织中有大量针状共晶Si相存在,随着均匀化时间的增加,Al-20Si合金单位面积上Si相数量先增加后减少,Si相圆整度先提高后降低。均匀化16 h合金中Si相圆整度最佳。随着均匀化时间的增加,Al-20Si合金耐磨性先提高后降低。530℃×16 h均匀化处理的Al-20Si合金的耐磨性最佳,其抗拉强度和伸长率分别为158.3 MPa和10.4%。

       

      Abstract: The extrusion casting Al-20Si alloy was homogenized at 530 ℃ for different time. The effects of homogenization treatment for different time on the microstructure and wear resistance of Al-20Si alloy were studied by microscopic observation and friction wear test.The results show that there are a large number of needle-like eutectic Si phases in the microstructure of as-cast Al-20Si alloy.With the increase of homogenization time, the number of Si phases per unit area of Al-20Si alloy increase first and then decrease, and the roundness of Si phase increases first and then decreases. Si phase roundness is best in alloy homogenized for 16 h. With the increase of homogenization time, the wear resistance of Al-20Si alloy increases first and then decreases.Al-20Si alloy homogenized at 530 ℃×16 h has the best wear resistance, and its tensile strength and elongation are 158.3 MPa and 10.4%, respectively.
