钛合金激光表面改性技术的发展现状

    Development Status of Laser Surface Modification Technology of Titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 激光表面处理作为合金材料表面改性的一种重要方法,在基础科研领域及工业化生产方面的关注度逐年增加。钛合金因耐磨性、硬度等表面性能的不足而限制了其工业化应用。概述了激光表面改性技术在改善钛合金性能方面的研究方法,总结了在激光表面淬火、激光表面重熔等几种比较重要的表面改性领域的研究现状及进展。同时,结合现阶段研究进展及存在的问题,对今后钛合金表面改性的研究工作提出一些设想及展望。

       

      Abstract: As an important method of surface modification of alloy materials, laser treatment has attracted more and more attention in the field of basic scientific research and industrial production. The industrial application of titanium (Ti) alloy is limited by the lack of surface properties such as wear resistance and hardness. The research methods of laser surface modification technology in improving the properties of Ti alloys was summarized, and the research status and progress in several important surface modification fields were summarized, such as laser surface quenching and laser surface remelting. At the same time, combined with the current research progress and existing problems, the ideas and prospects of future research work of titanium alloy surface modification were put forward.
