深冷处理对汽车用AZ61镁合金组织与力学性能的影响

    Effects of Cryogenic Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AZ61 Magnesium Alloy for Automobile

    • 摘要: 对轧制态AZ61镁合金进行了不同时间的深冷试验,采用OM、TEM、硬度测试、拉伸试验、断口形貌观察等研究了不同时间深冷对AZ61镁合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:轧制态AZ61镁合金组织为α-Mg及β-Mg17Al12相。经深冷处理后,AZ61镁合金晶粒明显细化,β-Mg17Al12相尺寸有所减小,数量及体积分数有所增多,硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度有小幅度增加,伸长率增幅明显。深冷24 h的AZ61镁合金的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率分别为68.7 HV、289.1 MPa、192.5 MPa和22.8%,伸长率比未深冷的AZ61镁合金伸长率提高45.2%。

       

      Abstract: The cryogenic tests of rolled AZ61 magnesium alloy were carried out at different time. The effects of cryogenic for different time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy were studied by means of OM,TEM, hardness test, tensile test and fracture morphology observation. The results show that the microstructure of rolled AZ61 magnesium alloy consists of α-Mg and β-Mg17Al12 phases. After cryogenic treatment, the grain size of AZ61 magnesium alloy is obviously refined, the size of β-Mg17Al12 phase decreases, and the number and volume fraction increase. The hardness, tensile strength and yield strength increase slightly, while the elongation increases significantly. The hardness, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of AZ61 magnesium alloy cryogenic for 24 h are 68.7 HV, 289.1MPa, 192.5 MPa and 22.8% respectively. The elongation is 45.2% higher than that of AZ61 magnesium alloy without cryogenic.
