高钢级SEW管坯压扁开裂原因探究

    Investigation on Causes of Cracking during Flattening of High Grade SEW Pipe Blank

    • 摘要: 高钢级SEW焊管由于热轧卷板中合金含量高,且与成品套管强度差异大,成型焊接不易控制,易出现压扁开裂现象。本文从材料角度和工艺角度对110 ksi钢级SEW管坯压扁开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,造成SEW管坯压扁开裂,一方面是由于卷板带状偏析严重,影响材料的连续性;另一方面是由于焊缝中存在大量回流夹杂,在压扁时产生较大的应力集中。

       

      Abstract: Due to high alloy content in the hot rolled coil plate and the large difference in strength between the coil plate and the casing, the forming welding of high grade SEW pipe is difficult to control and prone to flattening and cracking. The causes of cracking of 110 ksi grade SEW pipe blank in flattening test were studied from the view of material and process. The results show that the causes of cracking of SEW pipe blank are the serious strip segregation of coil plate which affects the continuity of the material and a lot of reflow inclusions in the welding which results in large stress concentration during flattening.
