Abstract:
In order to optimize the surface properties of Q235 carbon steel, Fe60 cladding layer was prepared on the surface of Q235 carbon steel by laser cladding technology, and different technological parameters were changed. The surface structure of the coating was observed by metallographic microscope, the hardness of the coating was tested by microhardness tester, and the wear resistance of the coating was tested by comprehensive tester of material surface properties, so that the best parameters were obtained. The results show that when the laser power is 1000 W, the dilution rate of the cladding layer is moderate, the hardness is highest, and the wear resistance is obviously better than that of the base material, and the comprehensive surface properties of the cladding layer reach the best value.
