柴油机气缸内壁热喷涂陶瓷基涂层的研究进展

    Research Progress of Thermal Spraying Ceramic-based Coatings on Inner Walls of Diesel Engine Cylinder Liners

    • 摘要: 热喷涂工艺制备的功能与结构涂层具有减摩耐磨、防腐隔热及致密性好、结合强度高等优点,因此被广泛应用于工业化生产。以柴油机气缸套为对象,分析了缸套运行过程的几种失效形式,在内壁热喷涂陶瓷涂层可大幅提升性能并延长服役时间。介绍了3种适用于气缸狭窄环境的内孔喷涂技术,综述了内孔等离子喷涂、内孔超音速火焰喷涂与内孔电弧喷涂制备耐磨陶瓷涂层的原理及发展前沿。通过对比3种内孔喷涂技术的工艺特点和制备陶瓷基涂层的性能与微观结构,总结不同内孔喷涂技术与不同陶瓷材料的适配性。展望了碳达峰背景下柴油机缸套内壁热喷涂陶瓷基涂层的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: The functional and structural coatings prepared by thermal spraying process were widely used in industrial production because of their advantages of friction reduction, wear resistance, anticorrosion, heat insulation, good compactness and high bonding strength. Taking diesel engine cylinder liner as the object, several failure modes of cylinder liner during operation were reviewed and thermal spraying ceramic coating on inner wall can greatly improve performance and prolong service time. Three kinds of internal spraying technologies suitable for the narrow environment of cylinders were introduced,and the principle and development frontier of preparing wear-resistant ceramic coating by internal plasma spraying, internal supersonic flame spraying and internal arc spraying were reviewed. By comparing the technological characteristics of the three internal spraying technologies and the performance and microstructure of preparing ceramic base coating, the suitability of different internal spraying technologies with different ceramic materials were summarized, and the development direction of thermal spraying ceramic coating on the inner wall of diesel engine cylinder liner under carbonization peak background was prospected.
