Abstract:
The variation law of dynamic recrystallization volume fraction of Q235 carbon steel/316L stainless steel composite plate interface under electric-assisted rolling at different current densities, reduction amounts and rolling speeds was studied by finite element method. The results show that with the increase of reduction amount, the equivalent strain and dynamic recrystallization volume fraction increase, the distribution of dynamic recrystallization volume fraction is basically consistent with the distribution of equivalent strain. As the rolling speed increases, the strain rate of the surface and the center of the plates increases, the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization decreases. As the current density increases, the temperature of the materials rises, leading to an increase in the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization.
