Ti-6Al-4V短电弧铣削加工随机热源温度场研究

    Study on Temperature Field of Random Heat Source of Ti-6Al-4Vin Short Electric Arc Machining

    • 摘要: 为研究随机热源对短电弧铣削加工放电凹坑与工件表面成型的影响,建立Ti-6Al-4V短电弧铣削加工随机热源温度场模型。引入随机放电函数模拟短电弧铣削加工放电的随机性与复杂性,研究放电凹坑的形成与叠加,揭示工件表面成型过程,并研究了电参数对表面形貌的影响。结果表明:由于放电的随机性,致使工件表面由无数个放电凹坑杂乱无序叠加,很难找出完整的单凹坑;且在低电压、高频率、小占空比的情况下,可提高加工精度,获得更好的工件表面质量。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effects of random heat source on discharge pits and workpiece surface forming in Short electric arc machining(SEAM), the temperature field model of random heat source in Ti-6 Al4V SEAM was established. By introducing the random discharge function to simulate the randomness and complexity of discharge in SEAM, the formation and superimposition of discharge pits were studied. The forming process of workpiece surface was revealed, and the effect of electrical parameters on the surface topography was studied. The results show that it is difficult to find the complete single pit because of the randomness of the discharge, which make the surface of the workpiece disorderly superimposed by numerous discharge pits, and the machining accuracy improves under the conditions of low voltage, high frequency and small duty cycle,then,the better surface quality of workpiece can be obtained.
