深孔带底部法兰筒形件成形工艺的研究

    Research on Forming Process of Deep Hole Cylindrical Parts with Bottom Flange

    • 摘要: 某深孔带底部法兰筒形件成形难度较大。针对该型锻件提出了一种镦挤复合成形工艺。利用高温压缩试验获得了锻件材料的真应力-真应变曲线。采用有限元模拟软件Deform-3D对深孔带底部法兰筒形件成形过程中金属流动进行了分析,根据载荷-行程曲线、等效应力分布图验证了模具结构合理性。等效应变分布图表明筒壁容易产生外观缺陷,应注意深孔挤压过程的润滑条件。通过工艺试验制得的深孔带底部法兰筒形锻件,产品外观无缺陷。

       

      Abstract: It is difficult to form a deep hole cylindrical part with a bottom flange. A composite forming process of upsetting and extrusion was proposed for this forging. The true stress-true strain curve of the forging material was obtained using the high temperature compression test. The finite element simulation software Deform-3D was used to analyze the metal flow in the forming process of deep hole flanged cylindrical parts. According to the load-stroke curve and the equivalent stress distribution diagram, the rationality of the die structure was verified. The equivalent strain distribution figure shows that the wall of the cylinder is easy to produce appearance defects, and attention should be paid to the lubrication conditions of the deep hole extrusion process. The deep hole and bottom flange cylindrical forgings obtained through the process test have no defects in appearance.
