氧化铝陶瓷内衬钢管的防垢和耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要: 通过对普通钢管进行自蔓延高温处理,制备了自蔓延高温内衬陶瓷钢管。采用防垢试验、腐蚀试验,对比研究了陶瓷内衬钢管和普通钢管的防垢和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,经自蔓延处理后,钢管的防垢性能比普通钢管的提高180%,在相同腐蚀条件下,普通钢管的质量损失率达到氧化铝陶瓷内衬复合钢管的100倍以上。Abstract: The self-propagating high temperature lined ceramic tube was prepared by self-propagating high temperature treatment of ordinary steel tube. The anti-scale property and corrosion resistance of ceramic lined steel tube and ordinary steel tubes were compared and studied by anti-scale test and corrosion test. The results show that the anti-scale property of the tube after self-spreading treatment is 180% higher than that of ordinary steel tube. Under the same corrosion condition, the mass loss rate of ordinary steel tube is 100 times higher than that of composite tube with cermet lining.
