高速动车组轴装制动盘螺栓失效分析

    Failure Analysis of Brake Disc Bolt in High Speed EMU Shaft

    • 摘要: 高速列车制动盘螺栓形成裂纹直接关系列车的行驶安全,制动盘螺栓裂纹均是在定期检修时发现,采用理化检测与断口分析相结合的方式进行研究,鲜有研究将螺栓的服役环境与服役状态相结合去分析裂纹的形成机理。通过ABAQUS建立有限元模型,对螺栓的应力场、应变场进行分析,模拟结果与实际断裂位置一致,应力集中处与断裂处均位于螺母与螺栓啮合的第一个螺纹底。导致螺栓断裂的根本原因是紧固件装配预紧力不足而导致安装件未被紧密固定,研究的结果可为螺栓的服役提供帮助。

       

      Abstract: The crack of brake disc bolt of high-speed train was directly related to the driving safety of the train. The cracks of the brake disc bolt were usually found during regular maintenance. Most analysis were conducted by combining physical and chemical testing and fracture analysis, while few studies combined the service environment and service state of bolts was used to analyze the formation mechanism of cracks. The finite element model was established by ABAQUS to analyze the stress field and strain field of the bolt. The simulation results were consistent with the actual fracture condition.The stress concentration and fracture were located at the bottom of the first thread meshed between the nut and the bolt. The root cause of bolt fracture was that the fasteners were not tightly fixed due to insufficient pre tightening force of fastener assembly. The research results can provide help for the service of bolts.
