    Damage Failure Analysis of Ta2.5W Tee

    • 摘要: 某厂HCl催化氧化回收循环利用系统在使用一段时间后,Ta2.5W三通发生严重损伤失效。通过宏观检测、化学成分分析、金相组织观察、电镜分析及管内流体数值模拟,对受损Ta2.5W三通取样进行失效分析。结果表明:流体磨损是导致Ta2.5W三通失效的主要原因,气体交汇处流速梯度较大,形成紊流回流区,气体不断冲击、摩擦管内壁表面形成孔穴,从而发生表面损伤。

       

      Abstract: After a certain plant's HCl catalytic oxidation recovery recycling system was used for a period of time, Ta2.5W tee suffered serious damage and failed. By macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic structure observation, electron microscopy analysis and numerical simulation of the fluid in the pipe, the failure analysis of the damaged Ta2.5W tee sampling was carried out.The results show that fluid wear is the main reason for the failure of Ta2.5W lining.The flow velocity gradient at the gas intersection is large, forming a turbulent return zone, and the gas continuously impacts and rubs on the inner surface of the pipe to form pores, resulting in surface damage.
