热处理工艺对TB6钛合金棒材微观组织和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TB6 Titanium Alloy Bars

    • 摘要: 为了在不降低TB6钛合金强度的情况下,进一步提升该合金的塑性以满足工程使用要求,采取不同的热处理工艺研究了热处理制度对TB6钛合金棒材组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用常规固溶时效处理,随着时效温度升高,析出的αs相逐渐减少,并且更加粗大、不均匀,合金的强度降低、塑性升高;合金在相变点以下固溶,随着固溶温度的升高,强度升高而塑性略有下降。该合金退火后再进行固溶时效处理可以显著提高合金的塑性,但对强度的影响不大。

       

      Abstract: In order to further improve the plasticity of TB6 titanium alloy without reducing the strength to meet the engineering use requirements, the effects of heat treatment systems on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the TB6 titanium alloy bars were studied by different heat treatment processes. The results indicate that, with increase of aging temperature in convention heat treatment, the αsphase precipitated become more coarse and distributed unevenly, the strength of TB6 titanium alloy decreases and the plasticity increases. After solution treatment below the phase transition point, with the increase of the solution temperature, the strength of the alloy increases and the plasticity decreases slightly. The plasticity of the alloy can be significantly increased by solution and aging after annealing, but it has little effect on the strength.
