Abstract:
The reasons for the mesh defects of the pickling plate with thin specification were analyzed and the process optimization measures were formulated. This defect is formed in the flattening process and it consists of equidistant parallel slip lines parallel to the rolling direction. When the tension is established, the pretension is too large or the change value of the coiling tension is too large, it causes the local coarse-grained region of the strip to exceed the yield strength, and the dislocation slip is produced to form the Lüders band, which is the root cause of the mesh defect.Taking measures of the coiling pre-tension of 30-35 kN and reasonably controlling the normal coiling tension of 160-180 kN can effectively solve the mesh defects on the surface of the pickling plate.
