316L不锈钢选区激光熔化成形冶金缺陷控制的研究进展

    Research Progress of Metallurgical Defect Control in Selective Laser Melting of 316L Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 选区激光熔化(SLM)技术是增材制造金属件的成形方法之一,其成形参数多,工艺尚不成熟。316L不锈钢SLM成形件存在冶金缺陷如孔隙、裂纹、残余应力、应变等。本文从316L不锈钢SLM打印过程出发,分析归纳了SLM打印准备阶段、打印阶段、后处理阶段的各可控参数,重点介绍了这些参数对冶金缺陷和力学性能的影响规律,同时对后续的研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Selective laser melting(SLM) is one of the additive manufacturing processes for metal part, and it has many parameters and the forming process is immature. There are metallurgical defects such as pores, cracks, residual stress and strain in 316L SLM formed parts. From the aspect of SLM process of 316L stainless steel, the controllable parameters in the printing preparation stage, printing stage and post-processing stage were analyzed and summarized, and the effect laws of the above controllable parameters on the metallurgical defects and mechanical properties were emphatically introduced. The research direction in future was prospected.
