Abstract:
The room temperature and high temperature properties of ZG40Cr25Ni20 steel added with different mass fractions of Al, Ti and W were tested. The effects of alloy elements on the properties of steel were analyzed. The results show that with the addition of alloying elements, the room temperature tensile strength increases and the elongation decreases, in brittle fracture. However, the elongation increases significantly at high temperature, and there are many dimples and tear edges in the tensile fracture, so the material shows better high temperature toughness. At the same time, the addition of alloying elements makes the test steel completely oxidation-resistance at 900 ℃and 1000 ℃, oxidation-resistance at 1100 ℃.In addition, the addition of Al, Ti and W elements improve the hardness of the material and improve its wear resistance at room temperature and 600 ℃dry friction.
