50W800无取向硅钢中Al2O3和Al2O3-MnS夹杂物的腐蚀行为研究

    Research on Corrosion Behavior of Al2O3 and Al2O3-MnS Inclusions in Non-oriented Silicon Steel

    • 摘要: 采用无取向硅钢退火样进行原位腐蚀实验,对试样表面腐蚀形貌进行OM表征、SEM表征、EDS分析、拉曼光谱表征。结果表明,无取向硅钢的腐蚀源自夹杂物的局部腐蚀,其中包含金属氧化物夹杂Al2O3、金属氧硫化物夹杂Al2O3-MnS。无取向硅钢初期腐蚀时圆形锈斑内腐蚀产物主要为γ-FeOOH和α-Fe2O3,且γ-FeOOH含量高于α-Fe2O3。随着腐蚀产物的颜色加深,α-Fe2O3含量逐渐增多。

       

      Abstract: The annealed samples of non-oriented silicon steel were used for in-situ corrosion experiments, and the surface corrosion morphology of the samples was characterized by OM, SEM, EDS and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the corrosion of non-oriented silicon steel originates from the localized corrosion of inclusions, including metal oxide inclusions Al2O3 and metal oxysulfide inclusions Al2O3-MnS. During the initial corrosion of non-oriented silicon steel, the corrosion products in the circular rust spots are mainly γ-FeOOH and α-Fe2O3, and the content of γ-FeOOH is higher than that of α-Fe2O3.As the color of the corrosion products deepens, the content of α-Fe2O3 gradually increases.
