Abstract:
AlNiCo alloy is widely used in aerospace and other fields because of its excellent temperature characteristics, but the specific change trend of its magnetic properties at different temperatures is not systematically studied.A series of temperature storage tests were carried out with reference to the national military standard GJB150A-2009, the variation law of main magnetic property indexes with time was systematically studied, and the fitting model of magnetic flux data of samples stored at 80 ℃and 180 ℃for 180 d was established. The results show that different storage temperatures have different effects on the magnetic properties of LNGT72 permanent magnet alloy. The storage condition of 80 ℃has the least effect on it, and the maximum magnetic energy product is the most affected by temperature. After 180 days of storage at 80 ℃, 120 ℃and 180 ℃, the irreversible loss rates of magnetic flux is -0.0285, -0.04045 and -0.03429, respectively. The maximum irreversible loss rate of magnetic energy product of the sample is -15.22%, -23.29% and -24.78%, respectively. The magnetic flux performance degradation model can be better expressed by exponential model and linear model. The determination coefficient of exponential model is better than that of linear model. The determination coefficient R
2 corrected by 80 ℃, 120 ℃and 180 ℃exponential model is 0.98714, 0.99063 and 0.99021, respectively.
