泡沫铝析液行为的研究现状及展望

    Research Status and Prospect of Foam Aluminum Drainage Behavior

    • 摘要: 在液相法制备泡沫铝过程中,熔融态铝合金在重力及毛细力作用下发生析液行为,导致液膜减薄直至破裂,进而对泡沫铝产品质量及性能产生不利影响。从泡沫铝析液行为的研究方法以及泡沫铝的稳定方法等方面出发,阐述了泡沫铝析液行为的研究现状,为相关人员提供参考。

       

      Abstract: During the preparation of aluminum foam by liquid phase method, the molten aluminum alloy drainages under the action of gravity and capillary force, resulting in liquid film thinning until rupture, and then adversely affects the quality and performance of aluminum foam products. The current research status of the drainage behavior of aluminum foam was described from the research method of drainage behavior and the stabilization method of aluminum foam, which can provide references for relevant personnel.
