Abstract:
The operation wear caused by the friction pair of valve plate and cylinder block in the operation of piston pump and the secondary wear caused by the wear are the important factors affecting the service life of valve plate and cylinder block. Laser processing technology was used to process the micro-texture on the surface of 59 brass, which was a common basic material of the valve plate. On the Zhongke Kaihua CFT-I friction and wear machine, the common cylinder base material45 steel was used to conduct dry friction. The friction and wear performance under mixed friction(lubrication) conditions were tested. The influence of different texture parameters on the friction and wear of the sample under different friction conditions was analyzed. The results show that the texture must be under mixed friction conditions to produce the anti-friction effect. Compared with the unprocessed texture of the copper alloy sample surface, the reasonable texture parameters can make the texture stable and retained under hydraulic conditions, which can play its anti-friction effect, so that the amount of wear significantly reduces.
