压缩机叶片热冲压成形的回弹特性分析研究

    Analysis and Research on Springback Characteristics of Hot Stamping Forming of Compressor Blades

    • 摘要: 为了了解离心压缩机叶轮叶片在热冲压成形后产生回弹的主要因素,阐述了板料热冲压成形的理论及其回弹机理。随后采用Abaqus仿真计算软件进行了叶片热冲压过程的热力耦合仿真,分别从叶片的初始温度、叶片与模具之间的表面摩擦系数以及保压淬火时间对于其回弹的影响情况进行探究。最后使用三坐标测量机对热冲压成形后的叶片进行了实物测量。结果表明,叶片的初始温度对其回弹的影响较为敏感,较低的摩擦系数有利于减小叶片的回弹;当叶片初始加热温度为850℃,摩擦系数为0.2时,保压时间超过60 s后,继续保压对于减小叶片的回弹量并没有明显效果。采用数值分析和实物验证相结合的方法,得到了不同工艺参数影响叶片回弹量的可靠性结果。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the main factors of springback of centrifugal compressor impeller blades after hot stamping, the hot stamping theory and springback mechanism of sheet were firstly expounded. Then, the thermal-mechanical coupling simulation of the hot stamping process of the blade was carried out by using Abaqus simulation calculation software,and the effects of the initial temperature of the blade, the surface friction coefficient between the blade and the mold, and the pressure-holding quenching time on its springback were explored. Finally, a three-coordinate measuring machine was used to measure the blade after hot stamping. The results show that the initial temperature of the blade is more sensitive to its springback,and the low friction coefficient is beneficial to reduce the springback of the blade; when the initial heating temperature of the blade is 850 ℃, the friction coefficient is 0.2, and the pressure holding time exceeds 60 s, and the continuous pressure holding has no obvious effect on reducing the springback amount of the blade. Using a combination of numerical analysis and physical verification, the reliability results of different process parameters affecting blade springback are obtained.
