摘要: 共晶高熵合金AlCoCrFeNi2.1结合了高熵合金和共晶合金的优势,实现了良好的强塑性。添加微量的Re元素有助于提高合金中的共晶组织,改善合金的抗拉强度。本文探究了轧制和热处理对共晶高熵合金AlCoCrFeNi2.1Re0.5组织及性能的影响。结果表明,交替轧制试样由于层片间距的减小以及细小弥散2相的形成使得试样的强度得以大幅提升,高温退火后其塑性得到明显改善。Abstract: AlCoCrFeNi2.1 eutectic high entropy alloy combines the advantages of high entropy alloy and eutectic alloy to achieve a favorable strength and plasticity. Trace Re helps to improve the eutectic structure in the alloy and the tensile strength of the alloy is enhanced significantly. The effects of rolling and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of eutectic high entropy alloy AlCoCrFeNi2.1Re0.5 were investigated. The results show that the strength of the alternately rolled samples is greatly improved due to the reduction of lamellar spacing and the formation of fine dispersed B2 phase. After high temperature annealing, the plasticity of the alternately rolled specimens is obviously improved.
