TC4钛合金薄板激光填丝对接焊接头高温疲劳性能研究

    Study on High Temperature Fatigue Performance of Laser Wire Filling Butt Welding Joint of 1.2 mm Thick TC4 Titanium Alloy Sheet

    • 摘要: 钛合金常被用于制造航空发动机、起落架、机翼骨架等飞行器构件,焊缝在服役过程中要面对高温、交变载荷等复杂环境。焊缝是构件的薄弱部位,其常见的破坏形式是疲劳断裂。本文以1.2 mm厚TC4钛合金薄板激光填丝对接焊接头为研究对象,通过改变试样工作宽度、加载载荷、振动频率等条件,研究接头在385℃的高温疲劳性能。结果表明:接头的385℃抗拉强度为885 MPa。当疲劳试样的工作段宽度为3 mm,最大应力831.9 MPa,最小应力83.19 MPa,加载频率10 Hz时,TC4钛合金激光焊对接头的疲劳性能测试有效,全部断裂在工作段,疲劳寿命为900863次。

       

      Abstract: Titanium alloys are often used to manufacture aircraft components such as aero engines, landing gears, and wing skeletons.The welds have to face complex environments such as high temperature and alternating load during service.The weld is the weak part of the component, and its common form of failure is fatigue fracture.Taking a 1.2 mm thick TC4 titanium alloy laser butt welding joint as the research object, the fatigue performance of the joint at 385℃was studied by changing the working width of the sample, the loading load, the vibration frequency and other conditions.The results show that the tensile strength of the joint is 885 MPa at 385℃.When the working width of the fatigue specimen is 3 mm, the maximum stress is 831.9 MPa, the minimum stress is 83.19 MPa and the vibration frequency is 10 Hz, the fatigue performance test is effective, the samples all fracture at the working section, and the fatigue life of the TC4 titanium alloy laser welding butt joint is 900863 times.
