镦拔变形对100Cr6钢显微组织与硬度的影响

    Effect of Upsetting-Stretching Deformation on Microstructure and Hardness of 100Cr6 Steel

    • 摘要: 对100Cr6钢进行了镦拔变形,研究了镦拔道次对晶粒细化和硬度的影响,分析了水淬后钢的组织变化。结果表明:随镦拔道次从一镦一拔增加到三镦三拔,试样中心晶粒大小从122.1μm减小到24.1μm,减少了80.3%;试样边缘晶粒大小从93.0μm减小到22.1μm,减少了76.2%。试样加热淬火后组织为粗大的奥氏体,镦拔淬火后,微观组织为淬火针状马氏体+少量团块状淬火屈氏体。镦拔淬火后试样的中心硬度为54.2~56.2 HRC,边缘的硬度为54.8~57.8 HRC。

       

      Abstract: Upsetting-stretching deformation of 100 Cr6 steel was carried out, the influence of upsetting-stretching passes on the grain refinement and hardness was studied, and the structure change of the steel after water quenching was analyzed.The results show that the grain size in the center of the sample decreases from 122.1 μm to 24.1 μm, a decrease of 80.3% with the increase of upsetting-stretching passes from one upsetting and one stretching to three upsetting and three stretching. The grain size at the edge of the sample reduces from 93.0 μm to 22.1 μm, decreasing by 76.2%. After heating and quenching, the microstructure of the sample is coarse austenite, and after upsetting-stretching and quenching, the microstructure is quenched acicular martensite +a small amount of agglomerate quenched troostite. The hardness of the center of the sample after upsetting-stretching and quenching is 54.2-56.2 HRC, and the hardness of the edge is 54.8-57.8 HRC.
