某天然气输气站场埋地工艺管道泄漏原因分析

    Cause Analysis of Leakage of A Buried Process Pipeline in A Natural Gas Transmission Station

    • 摘要: 为查找某天然气输气站场埋地管道发生泄漏的原因,通过宏观形貌分析、几何尺寸检测、无损检测、理化性能试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析、X射线衍射分析等手段,对现场截取的泄漏管段进行了检测分析。结果表明:泄漏管段中环焊缝出现的两处泄漏点为防腐层脱落后形成的外表面腐蚀坑与焊缝根部未焊透在熔合区贯通所致,焊缝外表面发生的吸氧腐蚀和根部未焊透缺陷是其泄漏的主要原因。弯头外弧侧出现的一处泄漏点为防腐层脱落后形成的腐蚀穿孔所致,外壁发生的吸氧腐蚀是其泄漏的主要原因。建议定期对站场内的老旧埋地管线开展环焊缝和防腐层隐患排查工作。

       

      Abstract: In order to find out the cause of leakage of a buried process pipeline in a natural gas transmission station, the leaked pipe section intercepted on site was detected and analyzed by means of macro-morphology analysis, geometric dimension detection, nondestructive testing, physical and chemical performance test, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that, the two leakage points in the girth weld of the leaked pipe section are caused by the connection of the corrosion pits on the outer surface and incomplete penetrations of the weld root with each other in the fusion area. The main leakage reasons of the two points in the girth weld are oxygen absorption corrosion on the outer surface and incomplete penetration defect at the root. The leakage point at the outer arc side of elbow is caused by the corrosion perforation when the anti-corrosion coating falls off, the oxygen absorption corrosion on the outer wall is the main reason for its leakage. It is recommended to regularly carry out the hidden danger investigation of girth welds and anti-corrosion coatings for old buried pipelines in natural gas transmission stations.
