常化退火对50W400无取向硅钢热轧组织与织构的影响

    Effects of Normalized Annealing on Hot Rolled Microstructure and Texture of 50W400 Non-oriented Silicon Steel

    • 摘要: 采用金相、XRD等仪器观察分析50W400无取向硅钢热轧组织经常化退火后组织与织构的演变规律,明确常化工艺参数对组织与织构的影响。结果表明,随着常化温度和时间的增加,热轧板的变形组织发生完全再结晶。经970℃×5 min常化后晶粒的尺寸较均匀,平均尺寸约为121.44 μm,且100和110有利面织构分布均匀,γ取向线不利织构的强度减少。

       

      Abstract: The law of evolution of microstructure and texture of 50W400 hot rolled non-oriented silicon steel after normalized annealing was observed and analyzed by means of metallography, XRD and other instruments, and the effects of normalized process parameters on the microstructure and texture were clarified.The results show that the deformation microstructure of hot rolled plate is completely recrystallized with the increase of normalizing temperature and time.The grain size is uniform after normalized treatment at 970 ℃for 5 min, with an average size about 121.44 μm.The distribution of100and110favorable texture is uniform.The intensity of the unfavorable texture on γ orientation decreases.
