Abstract:
The extruded LA141 Mg-Li alloy was cold-rolled with different deformations of 30% to 70%.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the LA141 magnesium-lithium alloy after cold-rolling deformation were studied by means of microstructure observation, XRD analysis, and tensile test.The results show that there is no dynamic recrystallization in LA141 alloy during cold rolling, and a large amount of precipitates appear in the grains.With the increase of cold rolling deformation, the grain size of LA141 alloy is gradually elongated along the rolling direction, and the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy increase first and then decrease.The maximum tensile strength and elongation of the 50%cold-rolled alloy are 231.4 MPa and 37.5%, respectively, and the strong plastic matching is the best.
