纳米碳增强铝基复合材料制备工艺及性能研究进展

    Research Progress in Preparation Process and Properties of Nano-carbon Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composite

    • 摘要: 铝基复合材料因其出色的比强度、耐蚀性及较低的成本被广泛用于航空航天产业,而近年来纳米碳增强铝基复合材料凭借其优秀的力学及物理性能逐渐成为了研究热点。综述了为改善纳米碳增强体分散性及Al-C界面浸润性所采用的球磨及增强体涂镀层等前处理工艺的研究进展,概述了纳米碳增强铝基复材的成型工艺及力学性能,展望了进一步提升铝碳复合材料力学性能的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Aluminum matrix composite are widely used in aerospace industry because of its excellent specific strength,good corrosion resistance and low cost. In recent years, nanocarbon reinforced aluminum matrix composite has gradually become a research hotspot with its excellent mechanical and physical properties. The research progress about surface modification techniques such as bill-milling and coating for nano-carbon reinforcement to improving the reinforcement dispersion and interfacial wettability of Al-C interface was reviewed. The manufacture process and mechanical properties of carbon reinforced aluminum composites were summarized, and the development direction to further improving the mechanical properties of aluminum carbon composites was also prospected.
