提高电阻点焊电极寿命的研究进展与展望

    Research Progress and Prospect of Improving Resistance Spot Welding Electrode Life

    • 摘要: 电阻点焊作为一种连接金属的工艺,被广泛应用于机械制造中。本文阐述了当前电阻点焊技术中影响电极寿命的因素,并归纳总结当前电极材料、电极涂层、电极结构、电极/工件界面处理、焊接参数优化电极寿命的研究现状,并提出两种电阻点焊中电极降温的结构,实现电极本体快速冷却,从而提高电极寿命,节约成本,提高生产效率。

       

      Abstract: Resistance spot welding, as a process of joining metals, is widely used in machinery manufacturing. The factors affecting the electrode life in current resistance spot welding technology was elaborated. The current research progress of electrode materials, coatings, electrode structure, electrode/part interface treatment and welding parameters which improves the life of the electrode was summarized. And two electrode cooling structures in resistance spot welding were proposed to realize rapid cooling of the electrode body, thereby increasing the electrode life, saving costs and improving production efficiency.
