不同初轧温度下钛合金三辊斜轧穿孔工艺研究

    Research on Process of Three-roll Cross-rolling Piercing Titanium Alloy at Different Initial Temperatures

    • 摘要: 根据三辊斜轧穿孔工艺的技术特征与钛合金塑性变形特点,通过有限元软件对TC4钛合金进行不同初轧温度的穿孔轧制有限元模拟,分析轧制过程应力、应变、温度、材料流动情况。以初轧温度为变量进行穿孔实验,对比不同温度下轧制力及轧后毛管微观组织。结果表明:三辊斜轧穿孔工艺完全适合钛合金生产,并且不同初轧温度下均可获得变形魏氏组织的钛合金毛管,验证了三辊斜轧穿孔生产钛合金管的可行性与有效性,为工艺推广提供指导和依据。

       

      Abstract: According to the technical characteristics of three-roll cross-rolling piercing process and the plastic deformation characteristics of titanium alloy, finite element software was used to simulate the piercing of TC4 titanium alloy under different initial temperatures, and the distribution of stress, strain, temperature and material flow during rolling process were analyzed.Taking the initial temperature as a variable, piercing tests were carried out, the rolling force and microstructure were compared under different initial temperatures.The results show that process of three-roll cross-rolling piercing is suitable for titanium alloy production, and titanium alloy tubes with deformed Widmanstatten structure can be obtained at different initial temperatures, the feasibility and effectiveness of three-roll cross-rolling piercing for titanium alloy tube production are verified, which provides guidance and basis for process promotion.
