表面织构技术的研究进展

    Research Progress of Surface Texture Technology

    • 摘要: 在材料表面加工特定形状、尺寸和分布的微观结构,可达到减摩、减阻、润滑、降噪的目的。总结了表面织构技术在减摩、减阻和降噪方面的研究成果以及在机械加工、医学等领域的应用,综述了织构的关键设计参数对材料表面性能的影响,介绍了激光加工技术在表面织构制备中的应用,探讨了激光加工工艺参数对表面织构的几何特征和表面硬度的影响。最后展望了表面织构技术的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: The microstructures of specific shapes, sizes and distribution on the surface of the material can achieve the purpose of reducing friction, obstruction, lubricating and noise reduction. The research results of surface texture technology in friction reduction, resistance reduction and noise reduction, and their application in machining and medicine, were summarized. The influence of key design parameters of the texture on the surface properties of material was reviewed. The application of the laser machining technology in the surface texture preparation was introduced, and the influence of laser processing process parameters on the surface texture geometry characteristics and the surface hardness was discussed. Finally,the development direction of surface texture technology was discussed.
