Abstract:
The microstructures of specific shapes, sizes and distribution on the surface of the material can achieve the purpose of reducing friction, obstruction, lubricating and noise reduction. The research results of surface texture technology in friction reduction, resistance reduction and noise reduction, and their application in machining and medicine, were summarized. The influence of key design parameters of the texture on the surface properties of material was reviewed. The application of the laser machining technology in the surface texture preparation was introduced, and the influence of laser processing process parameters on the surface texture geometry characteristics and the surface hardness was discussed. Finally,the development direction of surface texture technology was discussed.
