    • 摘要: 某高速异步电机定子拉杆运行过程中发生断裂,经过外观检查、宏观观察、微观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试等方法,分析了该拉杆的断裂性质。通过开展关联激励源找寻及振动台共振验证结果,明确了拉杆失效机理。相关研究理论对于评估铁心带拉杆结构设计,评估电机动力学特性,避免电机运行发生振动有指导作用。

       

      Abstract: The stator screw of a high-speed asynchronous motor broke during the operation.After appearance inspection, macroscopic observation, microscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, and mechanical property test, the fracture properties of the screw were analyzed.The failure mechanism of the tie screw was clarified by carrying out the related excitation source search and the vibration table resonance verification results.It has a guiding role in evaluating the structural design of the core with screw structure, evaluating the dynamic characteristics of the motor and avoiding the vibration problems in the operation of the motor.
