Abstract:
The stator screw of a high-speed asynchronous motor broke during the operation.After appearance inspection, macroscopic observation, microscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, and mechanical property test, the fracture properties of the screw were analyzed.The failure mechanism of the tie screw was clarified by carrying out the related excitation source search and the vibration table resonance verification results.It has a guiding role in evaluating the structural design of the core with screw structure, evaluating the dynamic characteristics of the motor and avoiding the vibration problems in the operation of the motor.
