稀土在激光熔覆中的应用及研究进展

    Application and Research Progress of Rare Earth in Laser Cladding

    • 摘要: 激光熔覆技术作为目前一种先进的表面改性技术,在航空航天、汽车、铁路等行业均有应用。综述了稀土在激光熔覆中的研究进展,从稀土对熔池、稀释率影响、高温分解及自身特性探讨了稀土在激光熔覆中的强化作用机理,阐述了纯稀土元素、稀土氧化物和稀土化合物在激光熔覆中的应用,并从不同稀土氧化物、纯稀土元素和稀土氧化物、粉末粒度等方面对激光熔覆涂层性能的影响进行了对比分析,最后对稀土在激光熔覆中的研究现状进行了总结和展望。

       

      Abstract: As an advanced surface modification technology, laser cladding technology is widely used in aerospace, automotive, railway and other industries.The research progress of rare earth in laser cladding was reviewed.The strengthening mechanism of rare earth in laser cladding was discussed from the effects of rare earth on the molten pool, dilution rate, high-temperature decomposition and its characteristics.The application of pure rare earth elements, rare earth oxides and rare earth compounds in laser cladding was described.The effects of different rare earth oxides, pure rare earth elements, rare earth oxides and powder size on the properties of laser cladding coatings were compared and analyzed. Finally, the research status of rare earth in laser cladding was summarized and prospected.
