合金元素Sr对镁/铝复合界面微观组织的影响

    Effect of Alloy Element Sr on Microstructure of Mg/Al Composite Interface

    • 摘要: 采用固-液复合铸造技术制备出了纯镁/纯铝复合材料,通过SEM、XRD等检测技术研究了纯镁中加入1.5wt% Sr元素对复合材料界面的影响。结果表明:纯镁/纯铝复合界面镁铝发生共晶反应生成共晶组织(α-Mg+Al12Mg17),即界面处存在大量脆性相Al12Mg17和Mg2Al3相且沿着界面(温度梯度降低方向)并垂直于Al侧向着Mg侧生长,在镁基体处脆性相部分呈现出鱼骨状,带有一定方向性聚集。加入Sr元素后,复合界面处脆性相不仅数量减少,其形貌也发生改变,不再出现密集的Al12Mg17和Mg2Al3呈鱼骨状聚集,复合材料界面处垂直生长的脆性相减少甚至消失。

       

      Abstract: The magnesium/aluminum composite material was prepared by solid-liquid composite casting technology, and the effect of adding 1.5wt% Sr element in pure magnesium on the interface of the composite material was studied by SEM, XRD and other detection techniques.The results show that the pure magnesium/pure aluminum composite interface undergoes eutectic reaction of magnesium and aluminum to form a eutectic structure (α-Mg+Al12Mg17), that is, there are a large number of brittle phases Al12Mg17 and Mg2Al3 phases at the interface and along the interface (the direction of temperature gradient decrease) and it grows perpendicular to the Al side to the Mg side, and the brittle phase at the magnesium matrix presents a fishbone shape with a certain directional aggregation.After the addition of Sr element, the number of brittle phases at the composite interface is not only reduced, but also its morphology is changed.The dense Al12Mg17 and Mg2Al3 aggregates in the form of fishbone no longer appearing, and the brittle phases growing vertically at the composite interface are reduced or even disappear.
