TC4钛合金β热处理的显微组织演变

    Microstructure Evolution of TC4 Titanium Alloy β Heat Treatment

    • 摘要: 采用β 单相区热处理+α-β 相区单重/ 双重热处理相结合的热处理制度对TC4 钛合金板材试样进行处理,获得α 束域相互交错、条状α 相长宽比适中的网篮组织。结果表明,β 相区高温固溶热处理后,随着固溶冷却速率的增加, 显微组织由魏氏组织变为针状马氏体。随后的α-β 相区单重/ 双重热处理结果表明,1020 ℃/1 h,AC+960 ℃/1 h,FC+900 ℃/1 h,AC 三重热处理可以获得α 片层尺寸相对均匀,α 束域相互交错的网篮组织;而1020 ℃/1 h,WQ+960 ℃/1 h,FC+900 ℃/1 h,AC 可以获得较高显微硬度的组织。

       

      Abstract: TC4 titanium alloy plate sample was treated through β single phase zone heat treatment and α-β single/double heat treatment to obtain basket-weave microstructure with the staggered α beam domains and the strip α phase with moderate aspect ratio.The results show that the microstructure transforms from widmanstatten structure to acicular martensite structure with the increase of solution cooling rate after the high temperature solution heat treatment in β phase zone.Subsequent results of α-β single/double heat treatment demonstrate that the basket-weave microstructure with staggered α beam domains and relatively uniform α lamellar can be achieved via 1020 ℃/1 h, AC, 960 ℃/1 h, FC and 900 ℃/1 h, AC triple heat treatment.And the high micro-hardness structure can be obtained by 1020 ℃/1 h, WQ, 960 ℃/1 h, FC and 900 ℃/1 h, AC heat treatment.
