搅拌时间和放置时间对消失模空壳铸造涂料性能影响的研究

    Effect of Mixing Time and Standing Time on Properties of Lost Foam Shell Cast Coating

    • 摘要: 以消失模空壳涂料为研究对象,分析了搅拌时间和放置时间对涂料粘度和流变性能的影响。结果显示,涂料粘度随着搅拌时间的增加而减小并最终趋于稳定数值,随着放置时间的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势。为保证涂料的使用性能,确定了本涂料的搅拌时间不低于50 min,放置时间不超过40 h。

       

      Abstract: Taking the lost foam shell cast coating as the research subject, the influence of mixing time and standing time on the viscosity and rheological properties of the coating was investigated. The results show that the viscosity of the coating first decreases with the increase of the mixing time and then reaches to a stable value. The viscosity of the coating first increases and then decreases with the increase of the standing time. To garantee the service performance of the coating, the mixing time should no lower than 50 min and the standing time should no bigger than 40 h.
