温压烧结316L不锈钢的耐NaCl热腐蚀行为

    NaCl Thermal Corrosion Behaviors of Warm Compact Sintered 316L Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 采用温压成形和真空烧结技术制备316L不锈钢,研究了不同热腐蚀介质对烧结316L不锈钢热腐蚀行为的影响。利用扫描和激光共聚焦显微镜分析表征试样在500℃热腐蚀30 h后的腐蚀形貌。结合热腐蚀增重曲线、EPMA电子探针、X射线光电子能谱分析仪分析烧结不锈钢热腐蚀后的元素价态及氧化膜成分。结果表明:在500℃热腐蚀30 h后,不同腐蚀介质的热腐蚀程度不同,其中表面涂抹NaCl溶液的烧结不锈钢在H2O、O2和NaCl的协同作用下,表面腐蚀破坏最为严重,质量总增重达0.0132 g。表面覆盖干燥NaCl晶体层的烧结不锈钢在O2和NaCl作用下,表面腐蚀相对轻微、质量总增重达0.0045 g;大气暴露热蚀的烧结不锈钢表面腐蚀破坏最为轻微,质量总增重约0.0016 g。

       

      Abstract: 316L stainless steel was prepared by warm pressing and vacuum sinteri, and the effects of different hot corrosion media on the hot corrosion behavior of sintered 316L stainless steel were studied. The corrosion morphology of sintered stainless steel samples after hot corrosion at 500 ℃ for 30 h was characterized by SEM(scanning electron microscope)and LSCM(laser scanning confocal microscope). The elemental valence and oxide film composition after hot corrosion were analyzed by combining the thermal corrosion weight gain curve, EPMA electron probe and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that after hot corrosion at 500 ℃ for 30 h, different corrosion media have different degrees of hot corrosion.The surface corrosion damage of sintered stainless steel coated with NaCl solution is the most serious under the synergistic action of H2O, O2 and NaCl, and the total weight gain is 0.0132 g. The surface corrosion of sintered stainless steel covered with dry NaCl crystal layer is relatively slight and the total weight gain is 0.0045 g under the action of O2 and NaCl. The surface corrosion damage of the sintered stainless steel is the slightest, and the total weight gain is about 0.0016 g.
