Abstract:
316L stainless steel was prepared by warm pressing and vacuum sinteri, and the effects of different hot corrosion media on the hot corrosion behavior of sintered 316L stainless steel were studied. The corrosion morphology of sintered stainless steel samples after hot corrosion at 500 ℃ for 30 h was characterized by SEM(scanning electron microscope)and LSCM(laser scanning confocal microscope). The elemental valence and oxide film composition after hot corrosion were analyzed by combining the thermal corrosion weight gain curve, EPMA electron probe and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that after hot corrosion at 500 ℃ for 30 h, different corrosion media have different degrees of hot corrosion.The surface corrosion damage of sintered stainless steel coated with NaCl solution is the most serious under the synergistic action of H
2O, O
2 and NaCl, and the total weight gain is 0.0132 g. The surface corrosion of sintered stainless steel covered with dry NaCl crystal layer is relatively slight and the total weight gain is 0.0045 g under the action of O
2 and NaCl. The surface corrosion damage of the sintered stainless steel is the slightest, and the total weight gain is about 0.0016 g.
