调质处理对热轧复合板耐蚀性能和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Quenching and Tempering Treatment on Corrosion Resistance and Mechanical Properties of Hot Rolled Composite Plate

    • 摘要: 采用热轧复合的方法对碳钢和不锈钢进行轧制复合,并对热轧制得的复合板进行调质处理。研究结果表明,碳钢中的碳元素向不锈钢侧的扩散会导致不锈钢覆层发生晶间敏化,从而降低不锈钢覆层的耐蚀性能。相较于热轧,调质处理的晶间敏化作用更为显著。调质处理后,热轧复合板的强度和硬度均得提高,但韧性下降。近界面侧不锈钢层因碳化物大量弥散析出,产生沉淀硬化现象,最高硬度可达370 HV。

       

      Abstract: The carbon steel and stainless steel were rolled and combined by hot rolling method, and the hot rolled composite plate was carried by quenching and tempering treatment. The research results show that the diffusion of carbon element in carbon steel to the stainless steel leads to the intercrystalline sensitization of the stainless steel clad layer, which reduces the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel clad layer. Compared with the hot rolling, the sensitization effect of quenching and tempering treatment is more significant. After quenching and tempering treatment, the strength and hardness of hot rolled composite plate are increased, but the toughness is decreased. The hardness of stainless steel layer near the interface increases remarkably due to a large amount of carbide dispersion, resulting in precipitation hardening, and the highest hardness can reach 370 HV.
