冷轧变形对建筑用Al-Si-Mg合金板材组织与性能的影响

    Effect of Cold Rolling Deformation on Microstructure and Properties of Al-Si-Mg Alloy Sheet for Construction

    • 摘要: 采用金相显微镜、透射电镜、硬度测试、拉伸试验等研究了0~75%不同变形量冷轧的Al-1.2Si-0.5Mg合金的微观组织与力学性能。结果表明:随着冷轧变形量的增加,Al-1.2Si-0.5Mg合金晶粒沿轧制方向被逐渐拉长,析出相尺寸逐渐减小,数量逐渐增加。冷轧变形量达到75%时,合金晶粒被完全破碎。随着冷轧变形量的增加,Al-1.2Si-0.5Mg合金的硬度、强度逐渐提高,塑性逐渐下降。75%冷轧的Al-1.2Si-0.5Mg合金的硬度和强度均达到峰值,其硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为118.3 HV、336.4 MPa和264.5 MPa,其伸长率为17.1%。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-1.2Si-0.5Mg cold rolled alloy with 0-75% different deformations were investigated by metallography microscope, transmission electron microscope, hardness test and tensile test.The results show that with the increase of cold rolling deformation amount, the Al-1.2Si-0.5Mg alloy grains are gradually elongated along the rolling direction, the size of precipitated phase gradually decreases, and the number of precipitated phase gradually increases.When the cold rolling deformation amount reaches 75%, the alloy grain is completely broken.With the increase of cold rolling deformation amount, the hardness and strength of Al-1.2Si-0.5Mg alloy gradually increase, while the plasticity gradually decreases.The hardness and strength of the 75% cold rolled Al-1.2Si-0.5Mg alloy reach the peak, the hardness, tensile strength and yield strength are 118.3 HV, 336.4 MPa and 264.5 MPa respectively, and the elongation of the alloy is 17.1%.
