基于电弧增材的外场快速修复成形技术研究

    Research on Spot and Quick Repair Based on Arc Additive Manufacturing

    • 摘要: 以结构光三维扫描尺寸采集技术、Geomagic软件数据预处理和逆向重构建模与电弧增材制造技术为基础,搭建电弧增材再修复成形系统,包括尺寸采集模块、系统运算模块、执行单元模块与弧焊熔敷模块等四个模块。结合高机动性、高可靠性、能够快速响应的军用方舱与不断迭代优化的工艺数据库,搭建了一种能够适应外场的快速修复成形系统,极大地提升了电弧增材制造技术的扩展应用,补足外场快速响应修复的技术缺口。

       

      Abstract: Based on dimension acquisition by structured light 3D-scanning technology, data pre-processing and reverse reconstruction by Geomagic software and arc additive manufacturing, the system of arc additive manufacturing and repair system was built the military shelter with four modules containing dimension acquisition, system operation, execution unit and arc welding components.Combining the military shelter with high reliability, high motility and quick response and a continuous, iterative and self-optimized process database, a spot and quick-repairing system was constructed.The spot and quick-repairing system can greatly promote extensive application of arc additive manufacturing and reinforce the technology gap in spot, quick response and repair field.
