热挤压AZ80镁合金板材的组织及力学性能

    Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Hot Extruded AZ80 Mg Alloy Plate

    • 摘要: 对热挤压AZ80镁合金板材进行了金相组织、显微硬度、拉伸及断口扫描试验,探讨了热挤压板材的组织与力学性能。结果表明:板材纵向组织偏析严重,板材边缘组织与板材中心组织差异较大,板材中心组织纵向延伸较大,具有很强方向性,而板材横向组织差异不明显;同时显微硬度值在板材边缘较小,而在板材内部较大,在厚度方向呈两边小中间大的分布,这些表明板材具有明显的各向异性;板材纵向抗拉强度高达384 MPa,伸长率较低,为10.81%;板材断口微观形貌呈现内部很深的卵性韧窝,属于韧性断裂。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure, microhardness, tensile and fracture scanning tests of hot extruded AZ80 magnesium alloy sheet were carried out.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the hot extrusion sheet were discussed.The results show that the segregation of the longitudinal structure of the sheet is serious, the difference between the edge structure and the center structure of the plate is great, the longitudinal extension of the center structure of the sheet is large, with strong directivity, but the difference between the transverse structure of the sheet is not obvious.At the same time, the micro-hardness is smaller at the edge of the sheet, but larger in the inside of the sheet, and the thickness is smaller on both sides and larger in the middle, which indicates that the sheet has obvious anisotropy.The longitudinal tensile strength of the sheet is as high as 384 MPa, and the elongation is 10.81%.The microstructure of the sheet fracture shows deep egg dimples inside, which belongs to ductile fracture.
