Abstract:
The mechanical properties of the transition joint of explosive welded aluminum-steel(5083/1060/B aluminum alloy-pure aluminum-steel) under different heat treatment orders was analyzed, and the microscopic observation and interface microhardness test of pure aluminum 1060 were conducted by metallographic microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the mechanical properties of aluminum-steelshear and pull test samples under different heat treatment orders of A and B have a downward trend relative to the explosive state performance value. A heat treatment sequential specimens have lower mechanical properties. The internal dislocation density decreases in the transition layer 1060 material. The release degree of residual stress from the heterogeneous plastic deformation of the material caused by transient thermal stress is different. The study can provide relevant reference and basis for the mechanical properties of aluminum-steel transition joints.
