TA1/Q345复合板气体保护电弧焊焊接工艺、组织及性能研究

    Study on Gas Shielded Arc Welding Process, Microstructure and Properties of TA1/Q345 Composite Plate

    • 摘要: TA1/Q345复合板焊接结构具有广泛的应用前景。依次采用钢焊丝、铜焊丝、钒焊丝及钛焊丝对复合板进行气体保护电弧焊接,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪分析复合板焊接接头各区的组织及成分。结果表明,焊缝成形良好,无裂纹、未焊透、咬边等缺陷,焊接接头焊缝区分为Fe区、Cu区、V区和Ti区,各区焊缝界限明显,在Cu-V界面附近,铜基体上弥散分布着球状钒基固溶体颗粒,显著提高界面的结合性能,钒隔离层及铜隔离层能够有效阻止Fe元素与Ti元素的扩散,抑制了脆性金属间化合物的产生。焊缝各区硬度稳定,焊接接头的伸长率为17%,抗拉强度为517 MPa,达到了Q345钢基层抗拉强度的94%。

       

      Abstract: TA1/Q345 composite plate welded structure has a wide application prospect. The steel wire, copper wire, vanadium wire and titanium wire were used in turn for gas shielded arc welding of the composite plate. The microstructure and composition of each zone of the composite plate welded joint were analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the weld joints has good appearance and is free of cracks, incomplete penetration, undercut and other defects. The weld zone of the welded joint is divided to Fe zone, Cu zone, V zone and Ti zone, and the boundaries of each zone of the weld are obvious. Near the Cu-V interface, spherical vanadium-based solid solution particles are distributed at the copper matrix, which significantly improves the bonding performance of the interface. The vanadium isolation layer and copper isolation layer can effectively prevent the diffusion of Fe and Ti elements, which inhibits the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds. The hardness of each zone of the weld is stable. The elongation of the welded joint is 17%. The tensile strength of the welded joint is 517 MPa, which is 94% of the tensile strength of Q345 base metal.
