羰基铁含量对铝铁复合材料电磁屏蔽性能的影响

    Effect of Carbonyl Fe Content on Electromagnetic Shielding Property of Al/Fe Composites

    • 摘要: 采用粉末挤压技术制备铝铁复合材料,通过加入磁性吸波材料羰基铁粉来提高材料的磁导率和吸波性,实现对电磁波的有效衰减。研究结果表明,随着铝铁复合材料中羰基铁含量的增加,材料的抗拉强度增大,最高达到166.7 MPa。材料对电磁波的屏蔽效能随羰基铁含量的增加明显增大,其中,Al/10wt% Fe复合材料电磁屏蔽效能最好,磁导率最高,其电磁屏蔽值为120 dB,吸收屏蔽效能占83.3%,磁导率是纯铝的3倍多。

       

      Abstract: Aluminum iron composites were prepared by powder extrusion technology. The magnetic conductivity and wave absorption of the material were improved by adding the magnetic wave absorption material-carbonyl iron powder, and then the effective attenuation of the electromagnetic wave was realized. The results show that, with the increase of carbonyl Fe content, the tensile strength of Al-Fe composites increases and reaches the maximum of 166.7 MPa. The shielding efficiency of the material to the electromagnetic wave increases obviously with the increase of the carbonyl iron content.Among them, Al/10wt%Fe composite has the best electromagnetic shielding efficiency and the highest magnetic permeability, its electromagnetic shielding value is 120 dB, and the absorption shielding efficiency accounts for 83.3%. The magnetic conductivity is more than three times of that of pure aluminum.
