60Co-γ射线辐射接枝改性医用钛合金及其抗菌性能研究

    Study on 60Co-γ-ray Radiation Grafting Modified Medical Titanium Alloy and Its Antibacterial Properties

    • 摘要: 为了拓宽钛合金在医用领域的应用范围,以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、硝酸银为反应原料,通过60Co-γ射线辐射接枝技术对钛合金进行表面功能修饰,制备具有良好亲水性以及优异抗菌性能的医用钛合金材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、接触角测试仪对材料表面结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,Ti-g-PVP/Ag辐照改性材料的亲水性得到显著提高,表面接触角从改性前的94.6°降低至29.9°;钛合金表面可形成不同尺寸的纳米银粒子;辐射接枝改性后的钛合金抗菌率达到98.9%。通过表面功能修饰的钛合金具有优良的综合性能,这不仅可以为钛合金材料的功能化提供新的解决思路,也可为钛合金在医疗领域的应用推广提供一定的技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: In order to broaden the application range of titanium alloy in medical field, medical titanium alloy with good hydrophilicity and excellent antibacterial properties was prepared through the surface functional modification with NVP and Ag NO3 and60Co-γ ray radiation grafting technology. The surface structure and properties were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and contact angle tester(CA). The results show that the hydrophilicity of irradiated modified Ti-g-PVP/Ag material is significantly improved, the contact angle reduces from 94.6° to 29.9°. Different sizes of silver nanoparticles were formed on the surface. The antibacterial ratio of the modified titanium alloy achieves 98.9%. The titanium alloy after surface functional modification has excellent comprehensive properties, which can not only provide new solutions for the functionalization of titanium alloy materials, but also provide certain technical support for the application and promotion of titanium alloy materials in the medical field.
