Ti-19Zr-11Nb-2Ta形状记忆合金的热循环稳定性

    Thermal Cycling Stability of Ti-19Zr-11Nb-2Ta Shape Memory Alloy

    • 摘要: 对Ti-19Zr-11Nb-2Ta形状记忆合金进行N次(N=0、5、10、20、50)热循环处理。采用金相显微观察、X射线衍射分析及拉伸试验等方法,研究了合金样品热循环前后的微观组织、力学性能及形状记忆效应。结果表明:合金样品在多次热循环以后保持β相和α''马氏体相的双相组织不变。合金样品在经过50次热循环以后,抗拉强度为480 MPa,伸长率约为5%,形状记忆效应下降,但在4%预应变下拉伸卸载后的形状记忆效应为0.6%,仍然保持形状记忆效应。Ti-19Zr-11Nb-2Ta形状记忆合金展现出良好的热循环稳定性。

       

      Abstract: Ti-19 Zr-11 Nb-2 Ta shape memory alloy was subjected to N times(N=0, 5, 10, 20, 50) thermal cycling. The microstructure, mechanical properties and shape memory effects of the alloy samples before and after thermal cycling were investigated by metallographic microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis and tensile testing. The results show that the biphasic structure of the β-phase and α'' martensite phase remains unchanged after several thermal cycles. After 50 cycles, the tensile strength of the alloy sample is 480 MPa and the elongation is about 5%. The shape memory effect decreases, but the shape memory effect is 0.6% after stretching and unloading at 4% pre-strain, and the shape memory effect is still maintained. Ti-19 Zr-11 Nb-2 Ta shape memory alloy shows good thermal cycle stability.
