不同微区分析方法在2205不锈钢固液界面偏析中的应用

    Application of Different Micro-zone Analysis Methods in Solid-liquid Interface Segregation of 2205 Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 2205不锈钢作为第二代不锈钢已被广泛应用于耐蚀性高的石油管道、海洋平台等工业领域。定向凝固能够揭示不锈钢的凝固过程,并为研究凝固过程中溶质偏析提供基础。微区分析方法的种类可分为波谱及能谱两类,分别以电子探针(EPMA)配备的波谱仪(WDS)及能谱仪(EDS)对2205不锈钢材料固液界面的溶质偏析进行分析及对比,以研究不同仪器对于微观溶质偏析结果准确性的差异。结果表明,相对于能谱仪,电子探针配备的波谱仪能够更加直观地反映出固液界面元素的变化规律,其测定结果具有更高的精确性。

       

      Abstract: 2205 stainless steel as a second generation stainless steel was widely used in industrial fields such as oil pipelines and offshore platforms with high corrosion resistance. Directional solidification can reveal the solidification process of stainless steel and provides a basis for studying solute segregation during solidification. The types of micro-zone analysis methods can be divided into two categories: wave spectroscopy and energy spectroscopy. Solute segregation at the solid-liquid interface of 2205 stainless steel material was analysed and compared with electronic probe(EPMA) equipped with wave spectrometer(WDS) and energy spectrometer(EDS) respectively to investigate the differences in the accuracy of microscopic solute segregation results between different instruments. The results show that the electronic probe equipped with a wave spectrometer can reflect the elemental change pattern at the solid-liquid interface more intuitively than the energy spectrum,and its determination results have higher accuracy.
