Abstract:
The microstructure of different positions of GH4730 alloy after multidirectional thermal deformation was analyzed by using OM, SEM to study the evolution of the microstructure at different positions. The results show that the variation of its recrystallization fraction mainly depends on the precipitation state of the γ' precipitated phase and the actual deformation amount and actual temperature. After thermal deformation of GH4730 alloy with 30% deformation amount, the actual deformation amount at the core and R/2 positions is small, which is not sufficient to undergo complete recrystallization, and uniform equiaxed fine crystal structure composed of fine crystals, twins and non-equilibrium γ' precipitation phases pinned the grain boundary is obtained at the outer edge, and it is free of distortion.
