GH4730合金热变形后不同位置的显微组织演化

    Microstructure Evolution of GH4730 Alloy at Different Positions after Thermal Deformation

    • 摘要: 经过对GH4730合金多向热变形后不同位置的组织进行OM、SEM和EBSD分析,研究不同位置的微观组织演变。结果表明,其再结晶分数的变化主要取决于γ'析出相的沉淀状态和所受的实际变形量与实际温度。GH4730合金在30%变形量下热变形后,心部和R/2处实际变形量小,不足以发生完全再结晶;外缘处获得均匀的完全再结晶细晶组织,由均匀的等轴细晶、孪晶、钉扎晶界的不共格γ'析出相组成,基本没有畸变。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure of different positions of GH4730 alloy after multidirectional thermal deformation was analyzed by using OM, SEM to study the evolution of the microstructure at different positions. The results show that the variation of its recrystallization fraction mainly depends on the precipitation state of the γ' precipitated phase and the actual deformation amount and actual temperature. After thermal deformation of GH4730 alloy with 30% deformation amount, the actual deformation amount at the core and R/2 positions is small, which is not sufficient to undergo complete recrystallization, and uniform equiaxed fine crystal structure composed of fine crystals, twins and non-equilibrium γ' precipitation phases pinned the grain boundary is obtained at the outer edge, and it is free of distortion.
